Leeds United are 16th in the Premier League and a relegation battle is possible this season. They host Arsenal who moved up to fourth place after their 2-0 home win over West Ham. Leeds lost 7-0 at Manchester City on Wednesday, their second defeat in a row and with ten goals conceded. They've now let in 32 Premier League goals this season and only Newcastle and Norwich have conceded more. Leeds have been struggling for most of the season with only three league wins and seven losses. They have just one win in their seven league fixtures and now face Arsenal and then a trip to Anfield. Home form has seen them win two and draw three of the last five in the Premier League. It's not been a tough fixture list though and this game against in-form Arsenal might just be coming at the wrong time for them.
When Arsenal lost their opening three league games, their fans didn't imagine they'd be in the top four in mid-December. That's where they are now though after winning nine of their last 14 league fixtures. Wednesday's home win over West Ham was their second win to nil in a row. Away form is still a problem though with five out of eight Premier League games on the road being lost, including the last three at Liverpool, Manchester United and Everton. Before that thouugh, they'd earned seven points from three away league matches without conceding a goal. This is the kind of fixture that Arsenal tend to win and they can be backed to stay in the top four with an away win.
