Ons Jabeur is in her second straight Grand Slam final. The fifth seed takes on top seeded Iga Swiatek hoping that this time, she'll lift the trophy. Jabeur lost to Elena Rybakina in the Wimbledon final but has again shown top form in this US Open. Only one set has been dropped by her and that was in the third round against Shelby Rogers. The semi-final saw her end the unbeaten run of Caroline Garcia, losing just four games. Now up to second in the live rankings, Jabeur is looking to beat Swiatek for the third time in four matches.
Iga Swiatek bids to win her second Grand Slam title of the year. The Pole was victorious at Roland Garros but since then the form that won her six titles in a row has slipped. This is the first time since that French Open win that Swiatek has got past the quarter finals. One problem that has to be conquered in this final is the number of unforced errors that the world number one has been making. Over 30 have been made in each of her last three matches, two of which she had to come from a set down to win. If that can happen, her chances of winning this final are good. However, that can't be guaranteed and the tip here is for Jabeur to win the US Open.
