Juventus begin the weekend seventh in Serie A. They travel to Bologna who are 10th place and four points behind their opponents. It's a low position for Juventus to be in at this time of the year. They are going well in the Champions League but may need to win it to compete in 2022/23. At the start of the weekend, they are eight points behind fourth spot, so can't afford to drop points iin this game. Juventus have only lost one of their last six games in Serie A, a 1-0 home loss to in-form Atalanta. On their travels, Juventus had won two in a row before giving away a lead at Venezia and drawing 1-1. Four of their nine away league games have been won this season. Their last five league visits to Bologna have all ended in victory.
Bologna are only four points adrift of the Europa Conference League qualifying position. That's currently held by Roma who take on Atalanta this week. That gives Bologna a chance to possibly close the gap but they are not in good form. The last two league games have both been lost with defeats inflicted by Fiorentina at home and away at Torino, Bologna have won five home league games this season but lost two of the last three, including one to 16th placed Venezia. Juventus can be backed to get the win.
